Brian's Top's From Down Under: Antique Tops

Do tops spin clockwise or counter-clockwise down there?

Antique Tops:

I found the large ones in different wayside antique stores. The smaller one was
being sold as a plumb bob. .

Two whip tops. One is modern; the other green whip top is from about 1940, so I am told.
