Do tops spin clockwise or counter-clockwise down there?

Tops made by Brian Lemin:

I store my tops in egg cartons and then in a box.  One day I will
spray the egg boxes to make them look pretty.!

These are experimental tops.  I wanted a quick and easy supported
top system.  The disk is put on, the cord wound around the stem,
then pull.  I can use it on almost any top as I have a pile of
different diameter disks.  The latest disks are larger in
diameter and thicker for more stable support so that I can hold
them better:  No complex turning.

I made all these tops to see which spun the best.  I performed a very
subjective test in which I spun each by hand 3 times and timed them.  Then
I compiled a table of total spin times.  The two tops in the lower left picture
were the winners.
